Who we are
VTAM (Vietnam Technical Asset Management) operates this website. For any privacy question or request, email info@vtam.aero.
Enquiries you send us
When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to handle your enquiry. They reach us by email through our website provider’s mail service; the website itself does not store them. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are (country and city), the type of device, and how they found us. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga to tell one visit from another. Google Analytics does not store your IP address, and we have switched off all advertising features, so this data is never used to target ads.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics stays off until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Wherever you are, you can switch it off for this device here:
Google processes this data on our behalf, including on servers outside your country. We keep analytics data for 14 months.
Other services this site relies on
The site is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Links to LinkedIn take you to LinkedIn’s own site, which has its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@vtam.aero and we will respond as soon as we can, and within one month. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
