A successful transition depends on careful planning and clear delivery conditions. VTAM supports lessors and operators through redelivery, acceptance and transfer, helping manage compliance, timing, costs and avoidable liabilities.

VTAM supports aircraft conversions from configuration selection through on-site oversight and final handover. We monitor work against approved engineering drawings and the project schedule to help deliver an aircraft ready for cargo operations.

Engine support

From on-wing physical checks and engine performance runs to engine shop visit management, VTAM has the most critical and costly part of the aircraft covered.

New aircraft delivery

VTAM supports the new aircraft delivery process, from specification review and factory production line quality inspections through final acceptance and ferry flight coordination for delivery to the customer.

Additional services

VTAM can coordinate broader aircraft transition and requested projects through our team and specialist partners. Additional services include CAMO support, engine borescope inspections and repairs, and aircraft ferrying.
